Your job

From your home or at our Montreal office, you will be one of our project managers.

You will work with several team members in the Professional Services department. Your role will be to coordinate the implementation process of the Yapla platform for customers, mainly in Ontario and the Western provinces.

We are seeking polyvalent, detail-oriented and ambitious candidates who will fit in well with our company's development! Responsibilies

  • Manage professional services’ projects for clients using the Yapla platform
    • Process analysis and project management
    • Configuration of the platform
    • Provide training on the tool
    • Manage requests for the design and integration teams
    • Perform budget monitoring for each project
  • Dedicated CSM for a portfolio of users
    • Be the primary contact for these customers
    • Analyze their requirements and guide them towards the appropriate Yapla tools and resources
    • Ensure that they use Yapla to their full potential
  • Participate in professional services sales efforts for Yapla's active customer market segment
  • Participate in the continuous improvement efforts of the platform through proximity to the users
  • Participate in efforts to improve the customer experience
  • Participate in efforts to improve professional services procedures
  • Provide professional technical support to clients

  • you are perfectly bilingual (if you are more English than French, even better)
  • you can prioritize and work well in a multi-tasking environment
  • you have keen analytical skills, you like to navigate through concepts and problems as much as through solutions
  • you are detail-oriented, autonomous and are a good team player with both colleagues and clients
  • you have excellent training skills, are good at explaining and finding learning solutions
  • you have good communication skills and are able to offer an impeccable service to users

Educational background

Bachelor's degree or DEC in computer science, or any other relevant experience in project management

Technical skills

  • Good knowledge of web standards and SEO
  • Experience in the development of web projects
  • Knowledge of web programming languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript (an asset)
  • Experience working in customer service and/or technical support
  • Good knowledge of Excel
