Bilingual Customer Support Manager (French/English) - Level 2

As a Customer Support Manager, your role will be to help our customers who come to us with technical problems with Yapla, or who have difficulties setting up and using the platform. Our customer support team is committed to provide a human and consultative approach, solving problems quickly, easily and correctly, by using a strong knowledge of how the Yapla platform works.

Project Manager

We are seeking polyvalent, detail-oriented and ambitious candidates who will fit in well with our company's development! For the Project Manager position, you will work with several team members in the Professional Services department. Your role will be to coordinate the implementation process of the Yapla platform for customers, mainly in Ontario and the Western provinces.
